Quilting

I read a good number of quilting blogs. It is what I do when I am waiting for something or I am crabby or whatever. This has lead me to daydream about quitting my job and becoming a quilt blogger. However, I have a feeling that if I did that I wouldn't make as much money and I would really miss programming.

I do wonder the same thing. There is one blog I follow where she sells her quilts but I know how much the fabric is so she isn't making a huge profit. Also, selling patterns is a good passive stream. I don't think you make a ton of money doing it.

There is one gal I buy bag and accessory patterns from, and she actually has a studio. In a building that is not her house. And I'm like "how is this chick affording a studio on $7 patterns???" I wish I could do that!
