One of my presents from Zach this Christmas was The King Arthur Flour Baker's Companion: The All-Purpose Baking Cookbook.
I love this book, it was such an excellent present. I don't think I have ever been so impressed with a cookbook before.

sterlingphoenix!!!Anyways, I am making the treats for a baby shower next week. I am planning on making my coconut cupcakes because the woman the shower is for really loves them. However, I was thinking that wouldn't be enough so I thought about making a recipe that
lisianthia sent me that makes these creamed cheese cakes cookies that look so cute. I am going to make a test batch tonight and see if I can decorate them. Finally, I really want to make these but instead of little cupcakes make them in the shape of a baby's head* (with a little curl and a bow). I wonder if my mom would help? I can do everything but draw the faces on them!*Searching google images for "baby head" shows a lot of birthing pictures which aren't really safe for work
