My unsolicited tip of the week:

No matter how much you want to, don't put month old cream in your coffee, especially if you drink your coffee like I do, which is mostly cream. You will regret it.

Apparently I was hungry, so I rocked my bed up to a nightstand, climbed on it and ate a whole bottle of fluoride pills.
