Dammit, My right shoulder hurts and I can feel a knot in my back under that shoulder blade just where I can't reach it. This is annoying.

I got it taken care of though it is sort of still sore. What is a trigger point massage cane?

They are canes with special knobs on them you can use to pull on Trigger Points yourself. The industry gave them fancy names like "TheraCane" and "Back Knobber."
