I haven't shaved my legs since about the time you became pregnant. I would have given up long ago.

I did just last night, as a matter of fact... but that's because we're going out to a ritzy dinner and then Margaret Cho tomorrow night for 433's birthday. I figured I might be wearing something that shows some leg.

Otherwise, my legs pretty much get ignored.

That is sort of how I feel about it. It is a nice treat sometimes when I really dress up, otherwise I don't see the point.

A few years ago I went to my cousins wedding in California and shared a room with my aunt for a couple days. She was shocked that I only took 20 minutes to get ready in the morning and I was shocked that she shaved her legs every single day.

I don't, haven't for around 4 years or so. I don't have all that much body hair, so shaving my legs and armpits takes way longer than it's worth - after 4 years, the hair is just starting to be noticeable.

I shave my armpits but that is because sweating is such a problem if I do.

Shaving wasn't a topic in old East Germany! I only started doing it after the wall came down... and now my bf -- an American! -- prefers me WITH hair. Dooh.

Really? No shaving? That is sort of cool. I do remember in budapest girls would wear short skirts (in winter) with unshaved legs. It was odd.

It would make no difference - I don't grow hair on my arms or legs. I am told this is a Native American trait... but I have no idea if there's any Native blood in our family.

I am jealous. Actually the hair on my lower arms is much worst than the hair on my legs. I used to think about shaving those when I was a teenager!

I sort of had an odd upbringing. My parents always made me think about why I wanted to do something and so I don't do a lot of things that are expected of me. Plus, bad shaving incident.
