bread recipies

so, last night i had a huge package from amazon. sand_in_my_soap had told me he was sending me something but i didn't know what it was. well... it was a set of baking pans!! this makes me really excited since i have been trying to perfect bread. (also, tim is super wonderful and great and all that mushy stuff. :))

so... i want you to tell me what your favorite kind of bread is and if you bake, what recipe you use. i have a whole weekend of baking i can do (as long as it doesn't get too hot)

Pan de los muertos! It's awesome. Bread of the dead for Day of the Dead in Mexico. It's great, but it takes all day. It has anise seed in it and an orange glaze. YUM! :D
