bread recipies

sand_in_my_soap had told me he was sending me something but i didn't know what it was. well... it was a set of baking pans!! this makes me really excited since i have been trying to perfect bread. (also, tim is super wonderful and great and all that mushy stuff. :))
so... i want you to tell me what your favorite kind of bread is and if you bake, what recipe you use. i have a whole weekend of baking i can do (as long as it doesn't get too hot)
