today i smashed my previous record of 7 mins 22 secs at giving a pint of blood. it now stands at 6 mins 14 secs.

i wonder if there is a way to train myself to go under 5 mins.

i think the only way you could do that is either a)with a broken beer bottleneck, or b) an IV drug habit. or a fairy that grants good-will wishes!
