today i smashed my previous record of 7 mins 22 secs at giving a pint of blood. it now stands at 6 mins 14 secs.

i wonder if there is a way to train myself to go under 5 mins.

Every single time the blood drive has come around, I've been sick. Now I guess I won't be giving anything for a while now eh?
