bertineThe list of foods to avoid while pregnant is insane. Between the "offical" list and all the internet rumors it seems like you can't eat anything. Not that I am paying too much attention to these lists.

My daughter who I pumped for 10 months then switched to formula? No allergies (except light seasonal, which everyone in Atlanta gets - we go above 5000 in pollen for a few weeks here.)

Date: 2013-03-07 08:55 pm (UTC)I was breastfed until 10 months and I have a bunch of allergies. My brother, who my mom couldn't produce enough milk for and switched to formula and rice cereal at 3 months, no allergies at all.
You can't really control for most of this stuff.
