Foods to Avoid

The list of foods to avoid while pregnant is insane. Between the "offical" list and all the internet rumors it seems like you can't eat anything. Not that I am paying too much attention to these lists.

BTW, one of the items on the internet rumors list? Pinneapples. WTH?

Yeah, I was born in the '70s - my mother drank and smoked and god knows what else through all her pregnancies, and I too am *twitch-twitch* just fine.

My mom doesn't drink but she smoked and ate peanut butter and refinished furniture with chemicals and things worked out.
