Nap

I haven't been sleeping all that well lately. I wake up at 4am and can't go back to sleep. I know this happens to some of you all the time but I can't ever remember having this issue. I usually get up, check the internet and then fall back to sleep after an hour on the couch.

This is really making me wish we had a nap room at work.

You know I've always had this problem. So does my father and sister. I just assume it's normal.

Lots of people have it, however, I am a heavy sleeper so it is weird.
