Yesterday was a run day for me but I skipped it because I wasn't sure if I was getting migraine. It never developed and I felt guilty about it.
This morning I got up and ran. I was worried that I had lost fitness but nope it was fine.
I was debating doing this thing with some friends where you run at least a mile every day between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The optional part is to take a photo on your run and post it to Instagram. I think I'll do it with the exception that I am not going to run with migraine. Between the light and the bouncing I think I would vomit before I got anywhere. Still, a mile is an easy goal!
I think my mood is much better when I get out and run. I am not sure if the exercise or being outdoors is better but it is really helping.
