my second payday is coming up here, what should i buy that is totally un-needed:

an ipod shuffle (or the new mini) or a microwave or something else?

I am not sure if it happened but Apple was going to release a color ipod (not a photo one) that was going to ripple down to 50 bucks off a mini....

I don't follow it close so I don't know the difference between the new and the old mini. What is the problem with the old?

I just read tech sites and tv shows and bargains sites like benbargains.net and see deals.

I know yesterday Buy.com was having a sale on most of their ipods.
