Hmmm... there is an Apple store in a mall near me, so I guess I'd get a new MacBook for my wife. If I don't have to worry about what stores are there, I'd like a mall with a Mercedes-Benz dealership I would like to leave with a free E63 AMG Wagon. :)

I would have said a MacBook Pro a few months ago, but right now I don't really need any expensive mall items. So I'd probably get whatever seemed the most re-sellable for money. If it had to be something fun to keep for me, I'd look for some really nice, comfy but sexy, expensive black sandals.
