well, it does it just makes it hard to prove. the military code of justice doesn't even consider that possible. seriously, these laws are so fucking backwards.

i heard there was other women he assualted but they wouldn't come forward.

and it is much more likely in a civilian trial to have women on the jury. unlike the military.
