stupid city of minneapolis
Jan. 17th, 2005 04:44 pmso, i still have no idea why i was towed on friday. according to everything i have read and everyone i have talked to the city of minneapolis can't tow you for expired registration until you are over 90 days. i was maybe 4 days over that and i had one current one. i don't have any outstanding tickets or any other reason to be towed. i just filled out the form to get my money back.
i have been reading up on this issue and i guess my neighborhood is a popular place to tow from, which makes sense since this is the second time in less than 6 months. the first time i'll admit was partially my fault but this time makes no sense at all.
i am pissed.
ps, the interview went well. woo!

Date: 2005-01-17 10:42 pm (UTC)however, it isn't a towing offense. it isn't even really a ticketing offense since one was on and it wasn't expired over 90 days. the ticket is all taken care of and i have filled out all the forms. i should get my money back, it just sucked that i had to deal with it all.
i live by powderhorn.
