Hey, does anyone have a link or a copy to the Convergence Party Manual? My Google-fu isn't working for me and I want to know if we can have stickers!

(Or do you know if stickers are okay to hand out? I didn't even think about them being banned and someone pointed out that they might be! It would be okay I just want to know the rules, though it would be funny if I had a huge stack of "I swallowed" stickers in 20 years for my children to find.)

Actually, [livejournal.com profile] damncutekitty just emailed the CON organizers directly, so we will get an answer that way. She is so much smarter than I am!

There are certainly a lot of parties that put stickers on visitors' badges. I don't recall any restrictions about stickers.

1) I love your icon.

2) We are wondering if there is a rule about putting them on the badge since that is what everyone does. We figure since this is our third year of the SFGH that maybe we should actually read the rules at this point. Though, this is the first year that we feel sort of official and not really last minute about the whole thing.

3) I really hope you guys (the HoT people) are okay with us glomming on to you. We will help with your set up and stuff and we are planning on giving you our tips again this year (though we never get much).

1. Thanks, it was taken a few years ago at the USS Nokomis party at Convergence.

3. When last the Toast people talked about it, everyone really liked the idea of you running SFGH on our patio after House of Toast finishes for the night. We just need to make sure everything gets set up structurally so that works and we don't get in each others' way or have other problems.

There is no sticker policy, according to Tish (the room party person). She recommended placing stickers directly on badges so they don't end up stuck all over the hotel.
