Wedding

I am sort of starting to worry about the wedding. I should start thinking about getting a dress or planning wedding invitation opposed to just talking about doing that.

On the bright side we are going to a cake tasting on the 28th and I am sure some of the food stuff will come up then. Hey, I am on top of the important things (food).

I suppose making sure people get invited is important also. Ha!

What worked for me: making a big list of what needs to be looked at when. Like 6 months out, I looked for a dress. 4 months out, I worked on invites. I was getting really overwhelmed thinking about ALL of the things that needed to happen, and thinking of them at once, but a timeline kept me sane.

Of course, true to form, I'm three months out and am now totally convinced a DIY origami project will be amaaaazing. We'll see. :)

I have a big list and I am completely ignoring it. The main problem is that I put looking for a dress too early. I also need to work on Save the Date cards, which I think are silly but I am getting married on 12/26 so are sort of needed. Sigh.

I just need to get a couple things done and then I'll feel better.

I need a list of all the people you want to invite but don't have room for so we can pull a permit and setup tables in the street outside your hall with pizza and beer and cheer as you drive through to your reception. Hmm...Maybe chicken wings too.

Seriously, if I had my way my wedding would be 500 people. Zach thinks that is a little excessive.
