bertinei had one of my bad headaches today, the kind where i can barely get to my phone to call in sick and i spend most of the day on the bathroom floor.
at least i finally got some painkillers down. i hate these headaches because all my senses are out of whack. noice is too much, light is too much, smell is too much. it makes me react in weird ways, like tasting something makes my ears ring and my cat purring makes me see spots.
i used to get these all the time and was able to medicate before it got really bad but i am out of practice and out of the medicene that works (no health insurance).
