Considering how much I talked about buying my car, you just knew I would be talking about the stress involved in wedding planning, right? Ha! Don't worry, I am pretty sure this will just go in spurts. Right now I am just trying to find a place to hold a party.

I have found a place I like. It is in Minneapolis, it is the right price and they do the catering and we ~~can~~have to bring in the liquor which means I can limit it to beer and wine*. We can have the ceremony at the same place as the reception which I like.

The only hiccup is that they were already booked for our first two choices for dates, 12/31/2011 and 12/30/2011. I have an email in for our third choice which is an odd one 12/26/2011. Yes, it is a Monday and the day after Christmas. However, many people will already have this day off of work and will already be done with all the Christmas holiday stuff.

The downside is that our honeymoon will be more expensive because it will be in the middle of Christmas holiday season. However, it will be nice to go somewhere warm in the middle of winter!

* Though Zach is proof that you can get pretty drunk on just wine, ha!
