Ice Cream Maker Fun
May. 25th, 2010 11:09 amLast Night I made a small batch of cardamom ice cream. It turned out pretty well, though I should have put a little less cardamom in it and strained the spice out of it. Tomorrow Zach and I are having a bunch of people over to watch Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter and I am thinking about making some more ice cream to serve since there is no way I am baking anything. I am trying to decide what sort of ice cream or sorbet I should make and decided to make a poll:
[Poll #1569527]
The cardamom ice cream is a custard based ice cream so it is pretty creamy. The dulce de leche one has pecans in it. The blueberry sorbet is the hardest to make and even if it gets the most votes I might not make because it is hot out and I might not feel like cooking a simple syrup.

And tea-microwavers do NOT get to choose the weapon.
