Sleep

I was just sort of thinking about sleep while I was at the dentist office* today and wonder if you have any problems sleeping. I don't, I can fall asleep pretty much anywhere, I can sleep through a lot and I can get up, deal with something and then fall right back to sleep. I feel lucky about this.

I occasionally go through periods of insomnia for no apparent reason, but as I've gotten older, they've become fewer and farther between. I do occasionally find myself jolted awake because I'm convinced that I'm about to die, which I suspect is from nightmares I don't remember.
