Sleep

I was just sort of thinking about sleep while I was at the dentist office* today and wonder if you have any problems sleeping. I don't, I can fall asleep pretty much anywhere, I can sleep through a lot and I can get up, deal with something and then fall right back to sleep. I feel lucky about this.

If I could be fully awake when I wake up I would like that. As it is I am "Zombie Bertine" for a good 45 mins after I wake up and it has nothing to do with the amount of sleep I have had. This is why I don't take naps.

I am actually pretty good at getting up for things and I don't really use an alarm. I tend to wake up when I need to but love my bed so much that I don't want to leave it.
