10 Years

Today is the 10 year anniversary of me buying my first condo. Here is what I was doing 10 years ago over the 4th of July weekend:



It is weird that it has been so long!

Actually 22. However, the first one was only $16,000 so it was that or a car.

Ah, see, at 22 I would have gone for the car. You know, in that totally imaginary fantasy world where 22-year-olds have $16000 disposable income hahaha you are SO grown up! There's no way around it.

The payment for a $16000 30 year mortgage is something like $150 a month. Ha! However, I paid it off much faster when I got a *real* job.

I wouldn't have ever gotten a car if I hadn't just sort of happened into one. Buying a car is way to complicated.

Yeah, it probably is for most people... the one time I bought a car it was quite simple for me for reasons you probably don't want me to talk about in a public post. :-D
