What are the 10 most expensive things you have ever bought and what are the 10 purchases that have brought you the most happiness?

Big purchases:
-Master's degree
-numerous cars and car repairs
-the Blu-ray/big TV thing
-Digital picture frame for my mom and dad
(ok, reaching smaller money territory here, but I don't buy much stuff.)

Most enjoyable:
-buying a kit and motorizing my bicycle was the most favorite spending of my money last summer.
-Digital picture frame for my mom and dad
-Buying the Blu-ray/big TV thing has been fun, but not as fun.
-The degree didn't bring happiness.

It is funny how we both having clothing on it that makes us feel AWESOME.

A lot of thing things that make me happy are things that I use a lot. Like my washer/dryer. I had to drag my clothes down three flights of steps for 7 years before I got it. I still love it.

There are other things that make me happier, but they were gifts and I don't think that qualifies under the rules of this meme.

The purchase that brought me the most happiness over the extremely long term was the two disc set of Led Zepplin's BBC sessions. That was only $24 or so, and I still think that's their best album. Doesn't quite make my top ten for expensiveness, though.
