Weekend

Friday night was pretty low key.

Saturday morning my mom and I went shopping for fabric for my costume and couldn't find anything that would work (though I did find some fabric to make some pillow cases for Zach). I am just going to wear nerdy t-shirts next weekend and stop worrying about it. After that I got my hair done, which is now blonder and has more layers. Finally Zach and I went out for Pho and then watched MacGyver until the late hour of 10pm.

Sunday I woke up with a little migraine but it really responded to medication. Then I went berry picking, shopping at Menards with my mom, and shopping at Ikea with Anne.

It was a good weekend. I caught up on sleep, I was able to do things and I got a little sunburnt. Now I just have to be super on task all week so I can go to CONvergence without having to worry about work at all.

My resolution a couple years ago was to stop stressing over things that are supposed to be fun. I sort of started forgetting that.

That's a really good resolution! I find myself doing that, and it's like I'm not even aware of what I'm doing.

I like resolutions that change the way I think about things. My other favorite one was "to stop eating like it was the last time I was going to get this meal".
