Summer Baking

I really want to start baking bread. I haven't done it in ages but I have such a hankering to try my hand at it. It is just weird that I want to do it now, when it is getting warm outside!


Also, I need to get to the gym again. All those headaches made it hard to go. :(

Woo!! That would rule. I am looking for a good basic bread cookbook too, if you ahve any suggestions.
