For some reason, a person's voice seems to be a really important factor in assessing someone's personality for me. For most of the handful of internet humans I have made real life contact with, their voices were shocking. I think it may be varying accents that screw me up the most.

gary lundeen. i was in first through sixth grades with him and sat next to him the whole time. we used to play g.i. joe on the play ground at powderhorn and i went to his house once in sixth grade. however the minneapolis public schools decided to send us to different juinor highs and i have not seen him since. oh the sadness. i still sometimes have dreams about him though.


and for christmas? um... i still need to get you your last years present.

i had a friend gary james who i used to play dukes of hazzard with. i wasn't in love with him, though. he was the slobbiest kid. his dad was a garbageman. he took us in the garbage truck once, and we rode to the dump.

that night at dinner, he brought home mcdonalds for everyone, and in the middle of his big mac, he reached up and flipped his eyelids inside out and just looked at us.

and that, my friends, is why i'm vegetarian.

p.s. that last part is a lie, but it sounded good, right?

yeah, there were a couple guys that were slobby at school and i wasn't in love with them. gary was neat and nice and had cute little freckles that i would stare at when we were in class. oh! he got his ear pirced in sixth grade too and that made him the cutest punk boy in the school. LOL

you are wrong. i was a studious anti-social kid. so anti-social that I wasn't even an outcast, rather no one knew who I was and I was fine with that. I ended up taking college classes at 16 so I wasn't in high school for long.


you know, i just noticed you didn't say high school. i was pretty social in grade school before I set my sights on college.

The plinko girls?

hmm, well, jenni and heather were a couple long before I came along. They both worked at the local historic theatres where I got a job about 7 and a half years ago. we hit it off well, i got a sort of job working on the intranet for the theatres and Jenni and I learned HTML together. Soon we moved on to asp and Jenni, ever the survey taker, did a survey on nsi's new online ordering process and she had to register a domain name. she picked plinko.net to honor her goldfish plinko (may he rest in peace). soon jenni and i were making fun things on plinko, which some are still out there. i am not sure when it happened but i know the first person to call us the "plinko girls" was the guy from dirtdirt.com. soon we had a logo and t-shirts and if i could find it i would post the action shot of me in that t-shirt. LOL.
