It was the migraine messing with my head. At least today I don't have any meetings and I got 10 hours of sleep last night. I have learned to manage these much better than I used tobut I still hate migraines.

I hate them as well. There's living with them while they happen as well as the dread of them popping up at any time. :(

I pretty much have a handle on the schedule for them at this point. They are almost always menstral migraines, which I am very thankful for.

I've only ever had one migraine and it lasted a week. it sucked.

A couple years ago before I had a handle on them I had one for over a month. I am not sure how I kept my job or my sanity.
