I used to have enough but when I was trying to find a pair of shoes that would match my dress and would be able to handle going in the grass my collection failed me.

I need some brown boots.

Have you ever had enough shoes? I think I used to when I was younger, and more naive. And only needed to go to school and home and hang out. The whole work / adult responsibilities / social life / etc, just makes it so hard to find universal shoes.

Exactly. I have bought 5 pairs of shoes this summer and I thought I had a good collection but then fall came and I don't have enough shoes again!

Maybe I'll go shopping tomorrow.

Oooo . . cookies. I made corn bread last night that for some reason tasted like banana bread.

I think the girl / shoe problem has more of an issue over time. Like, now I need biking shoes, where as a few years ago, I didn't. And this winter, I'm probably going to need winter boots that can be used w/ snow shows, and other winter gear for going with to walk Gigi.

There is NO such thing as enough pairs of shoes. I was up to 23 before I had to trim the herd when I moved it with my wife.

I don't even have that many! Wow. I tend to be ruthless with my shoe collection.
