My review of the first debate

McCain shouldn't have worn a striped tie. Obama should have straighten his before he got on. Lehrer had a nicely thought out tie.

Otherwise I really enjoyed the debate and makes me really look forward to the VP debates next week.

That would be fun to go to. Maybe my brother and sister-in-law would like that more than my parents house (they have a big tv).

I second the striped tie. Obama always looks a little thin, though, and I think "he should eat a sandwich!" when I see him.

I think the suit he was wearing helped with that a lot. However, I wanted to grab his tie and fix it for the whole 1.5 hours.
