Today

Today I just want to go home and ride my bike to the lake and lay on the beach listening to lectures from the MIT OpenCourseWare. It is too nice of a day to be at work since today is the first day in a week that I haven't been super tired. However, I'll have to wait until tomorrow I'll ride my bike and go to the beach.

Also, I still miss kissing which is annoying me because I am having fun this summer without it.

I'm a pretty big multitasker. In fact, I'm vacuuming right now! And earlier I was emailing Karri whilst talking to the bike shop people about why my bike isn't still #^)& fixed.

Oh, I multi-task a lot just it is rare that my obsessions can be combined in a way that I can enjoy two at once. Like it could be knitting and swimming, which you just can't enjoy together. However, listening to lectures while hanging out at the beach is even better than reading a book on the beach.

I got a bike like I think the day we met you! It was a compromise. Part recumbent, part, uh, not recumbent.

So far I'm a bit unsatisfied with it. It has some mechanical issues that they've NOT FIXED three times so far...

How can you listen to a lecture while swimming? :P

I wondered! Cool! You need to take a picture of it! Do you think it is how they put it together or just the way the bike is?

I'd take aphoto right now IF IT WASN'T IN THE SHOP. You can look at it here though, except mine's red. I wish the 21-speed came in white like the 7-speed.

I dunno what the problem is exactly... they seem to think it's a manufacturing/design issue, and there's no 'official' way to fix some of the things. I'm letting them try, anyway. The others, well, they said they'd adjust the gears like 3 times and they haven't. Grrr.
