Buttercream Frosting Disaster!!

attempt #1 at buttercream frosting was a total bust. however, i think it was because i was in a bad mood and couldn't concentrate. that and i over beat the eggs.

Is making buttercream frosting ever really a disaster? Even the mess-ups taste good, or at least make a good buttercream & nutella sandwich...

good point, my sister was talking about using on graham crackers. however, i am a little disgusted by it right now because it is so rich. maybe tomorrow i'll like it again. :)
