We haven't had enough snow here to make a snowman since 1978 :(
We get flurries, but it's all gone within a day or so.

Do you get good snow there in Feb? I wanna come visit you then so I can make snowmen and drink hot chocolate and YAAAY!

well, the last two years it has been sucky snow but i have hopes for this year.

feb is a good time, esp towards the end of it.
