Panic

Last night gwangi did the math and told me that he should be out of training no later than July of next year. This means I have about a year to get my condo in shape to sell and put it on the market.


It took about 16 hours until the feeling of panic set in. AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Summer Projects

This is what I want to get done before the end of summer. If I get this list done I have roughly half the square footage of my condo done and in good shape to sell.

My Bathroom:

Catbox Room/"Den":
Replace light
Paint ceiling
Paint Walls

Storage Rooms:
New door knob installed
New hinges installed
Sort out Eric's Stuff

Refinish Woodwork
Patch Walls
Replace Crown Molding
Paint
