This is what I want to get done before the end of summer. If I get this list done I have roughly half the square footage of my condo done and in good shape to sell.

My Bedroom:
Patch and paint the gouge in wall
Change Lights
Replace Fan over bed

Office:
Replace fan with light
Hang crown molding
Install baseboard
Patch walls
Paint desk leg
Install desk shelf
Drill desk hole
Paint

My Bathroom:
Paint light fixture
Install ceiling molding
Clean tiles
Paint door woodwork
Clean floor
Touch up vanity
Replace outlet
Fix Window Sill

Hallway:
Paint Linen Closet
Touch up paint

Catbox Room/"Den":
Replace light
Paint ceiling
Paint Walls

Storage Rooms:
New door knob installed
New hinges installed
Sort out Eric's Stuff

Eric's Bathroom:
Refinish Woodwork
Patch Walls
Replace Crown Molding
Paint

The funny thing is that list is the stuff I need to finish before I start the hard stuff this fall!
