panic is totally setting in now.

what if i can't get the loan, what if i can't afford this, what if she is trying to screw me, what if i have to walk away from this, what if the assholes that fixed my car did it wrong and it falls apart? what if i bounce some stuff since i have to come earnest money by next thursday and i just had to pay 1000 dollars for my car?

jenni, i am serious how broke i will be for a couple weeks there. i am starting to feel the way i felt before i went back to full time work.

more condo!!

a) it is 745 sq ft, that means I'll have 1175 sq ft when it is done, which is bigger than a lot of houses. it also means it is a very good deal cause that is 100 sq ft bigger than i thought.

b) the kitchen/living room was a lot bigger than i realized, I might actually keep that as two rooms esp since the kitchen has tile in it, maybe have the living room as a bedroom (it would still be big enough for a bigger bed) and leave the half wall between what is the kitchen now and make it sort of an office area. That way I still get a lot of light but I have two rooms there. Another option is to put a full wall there and make it a three bedroom place. hmm...

c) the bathroom is in decent shape though i still want a washer and dryer. It'll be sometime until I get to that anyways.

d) the wall between my unit and the next one is still going, that will be such a great size livingroom/dining room.

e) we talked about closing dates, so either the end of august or the end of september. i sort of am hoping for the end of sepember cause that would give me time to save up money to completely splurge on some stuff and to pack up some stuff.

so jenni, i said you had approval over it, what did you think?
