more condo stuff

after jenni tours the place with me tomorrow and gives her final approval i'll be signing the purchase agreement next week.

I also have to go to my bank to set up all the loans.

then to set a closing date and then MOVING/DESTRUCTION party time

i usually over think everything, i think i am still in shock with this.
