after jenni tours the place with me tomorrow and gives her final approval i'll be signing the purchase agreement next week.

I also have to go to my bank to set up all the loans.

then to set a closing date and then MOVING/DESTRUCTION party time

i usually over think everything, i think i am still in shock with this.

I don't want to be a nay-sayer, but will you be able to take out the walls? WIll you have to worry about structure or zoning/building inspection issues?

i will be able to take out the walls. nothing in the walls are support, the hallway ways are where the supports are. the woman on the first floor on the other side did something very much like i am doing.

zoning isn't an issue/building inspection is just another expense that i know i have to do. once i get a permit i'll get a building permit if i have to. (i am not sure I have to because they are all curtian walls).

the upside of all this is that i have lived in the building for 6 years and i have done a ton of remodeling on the unit I already have so I know all the rules and I know how things work in the building.

i think i am going to pack up alot of stuff so that is all taken care of.

i am really nervous about the amount of debt i'll be taking on, i hate debt.
