Actually I don't think they are always green either. WHAT THE HELL?

Actually, my eyes were blue from birth till age 9.
At puberty, they turned emerald green.
Some days they are still green with blue rims. It's VERY rare, though.

i will never know if my hair is gray, i enhance it.

it might.

it is narually a strawberry blonde but i like it a little more auburn. so i dye it to get it there.
