there are 6 units on each floor, 3 on each side. and 3 floors.

there are two units in the basement though the assocation owns one and gives that to the maintence person. two other people in the building have two units.

so there are now 16 owners and maybe 20 people that live in the building. two units are pretty much empty all the time.
