so, i don't eat a lot of non-chicken* meat. it mostly grosses me out from horrible memories from spending time at my grandparents farm when i was a kid. no one told the city kids not to make friends with the animals.
anyways, the way i deal with this is my infamous "meat grows on trees" but it is still touch and go on if i can eat it. however, lately i haven't had any issues with it and i was looking forward to having brats for dinner at my parents house when I noticed the neighbors BUTCHERING SOME ANIMAL IN THEIR BACKYARD.
I think I am going to be sick.
*i was attacked by a chicken once, i have no trouble eating them

So, was it a chicken?

Did you neighbors do something bigger than a bird? those roosters must have been pretty stringly from living in your backyard...
