after jenni tours the place with me tomorrow and gives her final approval i'll be signing the purchase agreement next week.

I also have to go to my bank to set up all the loans.

then to set a closing date and then MOVING/DESTRUCTION party time

i usually over think everything, i think i am still in shock with this.

then it is demolishing the kitchen. there is cabinets to take out, appliances to remove and a wall to knock down there. then beer and pizza. how is that for a party?

she is a total brat, and a slob. she knocked over one of my plants, she knocked over all my bathroom supplies, she was attacking my new light shade, she brings toys into my bed and she never picks up after herself!
