today i smashed my previous record of 7 mins 22 secs at giving a pint of blood. it now stands at 6 mins 14 secs.

i wonder if there is a way to train myself to go under 5 mins.

well, considering how often i screw up resheathing it, i'm actually relieved it's only wooden. otherwise i'd be without a few fingers by now, if not my entire left arm.
