today i smashed my previous record of 7 mins 22 secs at giving a pint of blood. it now stands at 6 mins 14 secs.

i wonder if there is a way to train myself to go under 5 mins.

My joke was lost. In retrospect, I should have spelled that Phlemish.

I had a massive crush on a Norweigian exchange student in High School. Her name was Ingunn. Le sigh!
