today i smashed my previous record of 7 mins 22 secs at giving a pint of blood. it now stands at 6 mins 14 secs.
i wonder if there is a way to train myself to go under 5 mins.

I have never timed myself, but I have managed to give blood so fast that I almost passed out...

i have never passed out while givng blood but i did afterward once when it was really hot. it wouldn't have been so bad if i hadn't been driving at the time.
