today i smashed my previous record of 7 mins 22 secs at giving a pint of blood. it now stands at 6 mins 14 secs.

i wonder if there is a way to train myself to go under 5 mins.

yeah, because that's one of the most painful surgeries ever. that's not so hot.

my cousin did it and said it wasn't too bad.

i am hoping that someone else is a better bet.
