This article reminds me of an idea I had a while ago.

Wouldn't it be absolutely wonderful if news sites had a subscribe to follow-up article option?
This would benefit them because they would know which stories had the most interest in getting follow up coverage, and it would benefit readers because we'd actually get to find out what happened later...or in this case, how the fuck those bones got there and who's kids those were.

That is a good idea, I would use it too because as much as I do read the news, I don't always hit the same sources all the time and I bet I miss a ton of articles that I would be interested in reading because of not haivng that option.
