the cheese i was making last night didn't turn out.

i think i know what i did wrong but i don't know. sigh.

it is easy! you just have to let the buttermilk sit out for awhile, then put it in the milk and let it sit out for awhile then cook it up then let the whole thing sit out for awhile then pack all the curds.

i will, once i get a camera again
